Konekt is a powerful SaaS solution within the broader Hermes product hub, designed to support BPN agencies in managing essential financial services with accuracy, speed, and confidence. It brings together the core operations agencies rely on—domestic money transfers, bill payments, and Western Union transactions—into one simple, intuitive platform. By centralizing these workflows, Konekt helps representatives work more efficiently while ensuring that every task meets compliance and security standards. One of Konekt’s key strengths is its clear focus on the needs of foreign individuals who depend heavily on Western Union services to send and receive money. Many of these users face language barriers, limited access to traditional financial tools, or uncertainty navigating financial procedures. Konekt is built to remove that friction. It offers an organised, guided experience for representatives, ensuring customers feel supported, safe, and understood throughout every interaction.

To enhance transparency and reduce fraud risk, Konekt provides detailed reporting features. Representatives can easily extract reports, review transaction logs, and audit activity across the system. This visibility makes it much easier to identify irregularities early and maintain proper compliance—a crucial part of any agency handling sensitive financial operations.
One of the standout features I introduced is the Mega Search function. Instead of digging through multiple screens or remembering complex filters, representatives can instantly search across past transactions, customer data, and related records. Whether they need to follow up on an older case or verify information during a live interaction, everything is accessible within seconds. This dramatically improves workflow speed and reduces errors.
Another important addition is the Customer Profile feature. Representatives can now build a complete, consistent customer profile directly inside Konekt. This makes onboarding smoother, prevents mistakes, and creates a more trustworthy, non-fraud environment. By keeping essential information organised and up to date, representatives can offer a seamless experience—one that feels personalised rather than transactional.
For everyday efficiency, Konekt includes customisable Quick Actions. Representatives can tailor the tool to match the actions they use most, such as sending money, paying a bill, or reviewing a transaction. This removes unnecessary steps from their workflow and creates a flexible environment that adapts to how each representative prefers to work.
Overall, Konekt brings modern thinking to traditional financial services. It combines reliability, speed, and compliance with a user-friendly design that supports both representatives and the customers they serve. Within the Hermes SaaS ecosystem, Konekt stands as a practical and forward-looking solution—one that helps agencies operate with clarity, reduce risk, and deliver a smooth, supportive experience to the people who rely on them most.

Design System:
Crafting a vell atomic design system to implement / ease the development process to be more efficent in many app. With the detailed design system we can take any component change the color to fit the product under the Hermes Hub and use it easly. It has been cut the development process immensly.
User-Centric Approaches:
Utilizing user-centric approaches to develop comprehensive user personas, compelling user stories, and well-defined user experience designs (UED).

We make appointment to the most preferred agencies in Istanbul to understand what problem they face daily to ease their process per transaction and perform to their ability better.

Result
I led the team in giving the interface a fresh, modern look—something fun, clean, and still in line with today’s UI trends. Working closely with the team in Istanbul and Greece and have the bridge between them to complete the best product for the agencies.
I implemented a atomic design system for the though of having to use in other 4 SaaS products other than Konekt. This will cut the cost of development immensly plus having the similar type of components all of the Hermes products will be easier to jump one to other without having to learn a new project. For not having any confusion I suggested every product have a base color so we can difficiate the produts just by the color alone.
